CDGA Member Golf Shop
Ordering & Payment
All purchases made through the CDGA Member Golf Shop must be paid in full at the time of checkout unless otherwise noted. We accept all major credit cards. Orders are processed within standard business hours.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. For custom items, please allow 2-3 weeks depending on the vendor.
Shipping timelines may vary based on product availability and customization.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
CDGA is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments once the order has left our facility. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for entering all custom order details accurately.
Once a custom order is submitted and enters production, it cannot be changed or corrected by the CDGA.
Returns & Exchanges
Free 30-Day Returns. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
No returns or exchanges are allowed on custom apparel or accessories.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect non-custom item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Sizing & Product Availability
We strive to provide accurate sizing information. However, sizing may vary slightly by brand.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
In the event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and issued a refund or offered an alternative.
Promotions & Discounts
Promotions are valid for a limited time and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases unless otherwise stated.
